The Printery House has been in the mail order business for more than fifty years. We also sell most of our products through religious goods stores. We recognize three groups of customers:
Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card.
Make checks out to The Printery House.
If paying by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
If sending a credit card order by mail, be sure to include the card number and expiration date and sign your name.
For security reasons, you should never send your credit card number in an email. Use only secured web sites such as ours to submit credit card information.
Do not send cash or stamps.
To shop online, just begin at www.printeryhouse.org. You may complete your purchase online with a credit card or print it for mailing with a check or money order. Institutional customers with established 30-day terms may also complete orders online. Dealers may also order through our dealer site, wholesale.printeryhouse.org.

Our business hours are 8 am to 4:00 pm Central time, Monday through Friday.
We have an answering service that can take orders 24 hours a day Monday through Saturday. We will not accept a phone order on Sundays or Holy days.

Credit card orders or Institutional purchase orders only.
Please do not fax imprint images to be scanned. The quality is insufficient.
Our online shopping cart makes it easy to send your order by mail. Simply browse the site and add the items to your cart, then take your cart to check out. At the payment step of the checkout process, specify payment by check or money order, and we will prepare a copy of your order that you can print and mail to us with your payment.
You may also use the order form included in our catalog, or type or clearly hand write your order with all necessary information (name, address, etc.) on any sheet of paper. Just be sure to correctly calculate the total, including shipping charges (see below).
The Printery House now collects sales tax on orders shipped to the following states. Sales tax is always based on the address the order ships to, regardless of the location of the person paying the bill, except for gift orders shipping into Illinois from a person in another state.

For retail orders shipping within the 48 contiguous US States, we add the following estimated shipping charges based on the total cost of merchandise ordered:

Expedited services are availble for in-stock items on normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and holy days. If you require Saturday delivery, please call for availability before noon on Friday. If your order includes imprinted items, it may take an extra day to prepare. Please call for an estimated ship date.
Bulk Orders: Orders with quantity discounts are charged published carrier rates based on the method, weight and destination of the shipment, rather than the flat rates quoted above.
Certain oversize items require an additional charge. This will be noted on the item page. Free shipping promotions do not apply to oversize charges.
Orders with quantity discounts and orders shipping anywhere outside the 48 contiguous US States are charged published carrier rates.
Orders are normally shipped either Fedex Ground or USPS. If you prefer shipment by a specific carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), please communicate your request when you place your order. You will be charged the carrier list price if you specify a carrier.
You should expect your order to ship within 1-3 business days if the items ordered are in stock. Bulk orders may take longer.
Even with expedited shipping the carriers do not guarantee shipping times. Therefore The Printery House cannot predict or guarantee how quickly any carrier will deliver your order. Because shipping is out of our control, no refunds of shipping costs will be given for delayed shipments.
For customers outside the USA, EU and UK, we are happy to accept international orders under these conditions:

To send items as gifts, submit a separate order for each recipient, providing the recipient's shipping address. Shipping charges apply to each order. We will ship the order with a packing slip that does not show prices. You may submit a gift message to be printed on this packing slip. We will send a regular invoice to your billing address.
Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping service.
For our retail and institutional consumer customers buying in larger quantities, we offer price discounts for certain products:
For details, please call, fax, or write for a quote. The online store does not automatically apply these discounts. Hopefully, we will notice when entering the order and will apply discounts as appropriate. If you believe you are entitled to a discount, please remind us in the 'special instructions' section of your order checkout information.
We try to avoid sending duplicate catalogs, but sometimes your name can creep into our database more than once. If you are receiving duplicate copies, please send us all the labels, indicating which one you prefer. We will eliminate the duplicates. In the meantime, why not share your extra copy with a friend who might appreciate our products as much as you do?
Note: Sometimes we deliberately send more than one copy of a catalog to you at different times, in case you aren't ready to buy when the first catalog comes. In this case, the addresses will have different codes in the blue box on the back of the catalog. If you prefer not to receive multiple mailings, please conact customer service.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the prompt return of merchandise for refund or exchange. Just call our customer service number (800) 889-0105 during office hours as above or send a fax or e-mail message explaining the problem.
We carefully pack and ship your order to ensure it arrives in good condition. If you are not completely satisfied with items you ordered or the condition of the shipment, you may return it within 30 days from receipt, with a brief explanation of what you would like us to do (replace the item with the same thing, or credit your account).
For goods damaged in shipping please keep the box and packing material and call 800-889-0105 for instructions. UPS or FedEx may want to inspect the shipment.
Please fill out the form on the back of your packing slip and include it with your return. As soon as we receive your return we will act on your request. Be sure to include a phone number.

Free shipping offers apply only to orders shipping via standard domestic U.S. ground service of our choice to destinations within the contiguous 48 US states. Imprinting charges, regular shipping charges, or expedited shipping charges do not count toward minimum purchase requirements. Expedited or rush shipping is not discounted.
