This stunning image of the Immaculate Conception is taken from the mural which graces the apse of the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, our monastery church. Father Lukas Etlin, a monk of Conception, painted the original in the early 1900s. It is done in the Beuronese style, with highly stylized geometric forms and perspective.
The print is double matted and gilt-framed, with loop on back for wall display. A beautiful artistic tribute to the Mother of God.
